• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ok baj and may result in account termination:

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to hack or modify any software on the platform
• Depositing using stolen payment details or credit cards
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Rude behavior or threats directed at ok baj staff
• Using bots or automated software to play games

Ok baj makes every effort to maintain the quality of its platform. However, ok baj is not liable in certain situations:

• Any issues arising from internet connection disruptions
• Losses caused by technical issues on your device
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Losses resulting from granting others access to your account

Ok baj reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded within 7 business days of the request.
